Is there a recommended progression of completing activities on Quill?
Is there a recommended progression of completing activities on Quill?
Updated over a week ago

While our activities are aligned with Common Core State Standards, there is not a fixed progression with which students need to complete activities. Teachers have all of our activities available to them, and they may choose to assign any activity that they would like their students to complete.

However, as a starting point, we recommend that teachers assign the Starter Baseline Diagnostic (Pre) to their students. Click here to learn more about assigning a Quill Diagnostic.

Once students have completed the Starter Baseline Diagnostic (Pre), Quill will create a plan of practice recommendation activities for each student based on their performance on the Quill Diagnostic. These are located in the Practice recommendations report of the Diagnostics report in the My Reports tab.

Assigning practice recommendation activities to students provides approximately 8 to 10 weeks of practice if students completing 2 to 3 activities per week.
