Access the Standards report
To access the Standards report, click the My Reports tab in your navigation bar and click the Standards sub-tab.
On the landing page of the Standards report, you will then see a table of each of the Common Core State Standards your students have encountered on Quill. The report includes the standard name, how many students completed an activity covering this standard, how many are proficient with respect to each standard, and the total time spent by students on the standard.
Tip 💡: The Time spent field for each activity only accounts for the time that the student is actively participating in an activity. If the student becomes inactive for more than 30 seconds or navigates away from the activity, the timer will stop until they return to the activity.
View the Standards report for each class
To view an individual class's proficiency for each standard, click the All classes dropdown menu and select the class whose report you would like to view.
Then, click on the standard's name in the Standard name column to view the report for the students in that class.
The report will show the number of activities aligned to that standard that students in that class have completed, the time that students in that class spent on that standard, the average score of activities aligned to that standard that have been completed by students in that class, and the proficiency status of each student in that class with respect to the standard.
To download the report, click the Download report button at the top right of the screen.
You can download the report as a PDF or as a CSV file.
View the Standards report for each student
To view an individual student's Standards report, click the All students dropdown menu on the landing page of the Standards report and select the student whose report you would like to view.
This will bring you to a report of each standard the student has encountered on Quill. The report shows the activities aligned to the standard that the student has completed, the time that the student has spent working on activities aligned to a standard, the average score that the student has earned on completed activities aligned to a standard, and the student's proficiency status for each standard.
To download the report, click the Download report button at the top right of the page.
