Access your subscription information
To access your subscription information, you can navigate to the My Subscriptions page under the Home tab.
From the My Subscriptions page, you can review information tied to your Quill Premium subscription, such as:
Plan name
Purchaser
Start/End Date
Payment method on file
Premium subscription history & next plan
Premium Credits, where you can activate any available Premium Credits.
Teacher Premium (individual license) users can also update their payment method and manage auto-renewal settings from this page.
Apply Premium Credits to your Quill account
If you have Premium Credits available, you can apply them to your Quill account by following these steps:
Go to Home → My Subscriptions in your Quill account.
Scroll down to the Earned Premium Credits section to review your available credits
If you have credits available to redeem, you will see a banner above this section summarizing your credit count. You can click on Redeem Premium Credits to apply the credits to your account
You can also click on How to earn more Premium credit to learn more about earning credits for your Quill account.
Teacher Premium: Update your payment method
If you are a Teacher Premium user and need to edit the credit card on file for your Teacher Premium subscription, follow these steps:
Go to Home → My Subscriptions in your Quill account.
In the Payment method on file section, select Edit credit card.
Follow the instructions on the screen to update your payment method

Teacher Premium: Manage auto-renewals and cancel your Premium subscription
Manage auto-renewals
If you are a Teacher Premium user and need to disable auto-renewals of your Teacher Premium subscription, follow these steps:
Go to Home → My Subscriptions in your Quill account.
In the Subscription information section, click on the Turn off automatic renewal button.
Note ⚠️
Beginning in January 2026, Quill updated pricing for Teacher Premium subscriptions. Users who subscribed prior to January 2026 can continue receiving the legacy $80 annual rate as long as auto-renewal remains enabled on their account.
Disabling auto-renewal may affect eligibility for legacy pricing. If a subscription is later repurchased after auto-renewal has been turned off, the updated pricing may apply.
