If you use Google Classroom or Clever, and/or you are looking to move a student to a class belonging to a different teacher-

Please fill out the roster change form below, and send it to us at support@quill.org.

https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Ud3iXgOQt-gX4XZORE273Eqszy5EdMibrbiqxiHvZkc

After reading the instructions in the form, you can fill out your own "move student" requests by going to "File" and clicking "Make a Copy". This will bring you into your own personal copy of the form, which you can then fill out and send back to us (via a shared link) at support@quill.org! We'll then notify you as soon as the requested changes have been completed. All "completed" and "in progress" activities for those students will be transferred into their new class(es). Any activities that had not yet been started will not be transferred.

That form will ask you to give us the email of each student, the class code for the class they are currently in, and the class code for the class they should be transferred into. To learn more about how to find your class codes, check out our Class Codes article.

Note: This process is strictly for moving students, not for merging classrooms. If you have questions about combining two of your Quill class sections, please reach out to support@quill.org and let us know.
