Link my Quill account to an integration while signing up
When signing up for a Quill account, you can link your account to your Google, Clever, or ClassLink account.
To link your account, click the Sign up with Google, Sign up with Clever, or Sign up with ClassLink button, after which you will be prompted to enter your Google, Clever, or ClassLink login information.

Link my Quill account to an integration after signing up
After you have already signed up for a Quill account, you can link your Quill account to Google, Clever, or ClassLink at any time.
To link your Quill account to Google, Clever, or ClassLink, navigate to the My Account page in the Home tab.
Then, scroll down to the Linked accounts section and click the Link your account hyperlink for the integration to which you want to link your Quill account.

Once you have chosen an integration and imported classes and students using the integration, we strongly recommend against switching the integration to which your Quill account is linked as doing so may result in duplicate classes and student accounts.

We recommend using choosing the integration that your school prefers to use. If you are unsure about the integration to use, please contact your IT Department.

Currently, we have not yet integrated with other classroom management tools. Why are my classes or progress missing when I log in?
If your dashboard looks empty or unfamiliar, you may have accidentally signed in to a duplicate Quill account. This usually happens when someone signs up with one login method (for example, Google) and later tries a different one (Clever or ClassLink) to get back in. Each method creates a separate Quill account, so signing in with a method you didn't originally use will land you in a brand-new, empty account β your classes, students, and activity data are still safe on your original account.
Stick with the method you signed up with. If you originally signed up with Google, always sign in with Google. The same goes for Clever, ClassLink, and email/password. Trying other login buttons "to see if one works" is the most common cause of duplicate accounts.
If you can't remember which method you used:
Stop trying additional login methods β each new attempt risks creating another duplicate.
Email the Quill support team at support@quill.org with your full name and the email address you think is associated with your account. We can look up your account and confirm the original login method so you can get back in.
If a duplicate account was already created:
To delete the duplicate teacher account yourself, follow the steps in How do I delete my account on Quill?. Make sure you're signed in to the duplicate (empty) account when you delete β never the one with your class data.
