With a Quill Premium subscription, you can access and download the Quill Premium data reports below.
The Activity Scores report can be downloaded as a PDF or CSV file.
The Concepts report can be downloaded as a PDF or CSV file.
The Standards report can be downloaded as a PDF or CSV file.
The Data Export feature allows you to download raw data in a CSV file.
The Skills Report can be downloaded as a PDF file.
To access any of the Quill Premium data reports above, please click the View Reports tab and click the Premium Reports sub-tab.
On each Quill Premium data report's page, click the Download Report/Download button in the upper right corner to download the data report.

At this time, student data reports cannot be downloaded in bulk. Each student's data report must be downloaded separately. Click here to request the feature of downloading student data reports in bulk.
Can I download Quill Diagnostic reports?
Can I download Quill Diagnostic reports?
Quill Diagnostic reports are not natively downloadable through the Quill interface. However, teachers can print certain Diagnostic reports and save them as PDFs using the browser’s print function.
To do this, right-click anywhere on the Diagnostic report page, select Print, and then choose Save as PDF from the Destination dropdown menu.
Please note that this method may not preserve the full formatting of Quill Diagnostic reports.
The following Diagnostic reports can be printed using this method:
Diagnostic report | What is included when printed |
Class Summary | Class-level proficiency overview for each assessed writing skill, including visual summaries of skill mastery across students. |
Student Results | Student-level proficiency for each writing skill, showing full, partial, or no proficiency for each skill assessed. |
Student Responses | Individual student responses to each Diagnostic prompt, including correctness indicators and skill alignment for each response. |
Questions Analysis | Class-wide performance for each Diagnostic prompt, including average scores and color-coded performance ranges by skill. |
Practice Recommendations | Recommended activity packs generated from Diagnostic performance, organized by skill and student assignment status. |
💡 Important note
Because Diagnostic reports are designed for in-platform analysis rather than export, formatting may not transfer perfectly when saved as a PDF, and these reports are not currently available for direct download in the Quill interface.
