Tip πŸ’‘

Please click here to see a video about using Quill Lessons as a remote learning resource.

Once you've assigned a Quill Lesson, arrange for a time to use the Quill Lesson with your students over a video conferencing platform, such as Zoom or Google Hangouts.

When ready to launch the Quill Lesson with your students, launch it from the Launch Lessons page in the My Activities tab in your Quill account.

Then, instruct your students to log into their Quill accounts and click the Join the lesson button to join the Quill Lesson.

Once your students have joined the Quill Lesson, you will be able to move through the Quill Lesson slides from the teacher view of the Quill Lesson on your device.

Your students will be able to engage with the prompts in the Quill Lesson from the student view of the Quill Lesson on their devices.

Tip πŸ’‘

While using Quill Lessons as a remote learning resource, you will want to arrange the windows on your screen so that you see the faces of some of your students in the video conferencing platform in one window and the Quill Lesson slides in another window, as demonstrated in the screenshots above

Tip πŸ’‘

You will not need the Launch Projector or Watch Teacher functions while using Quill Lessons in remote learning.
