When assigning an activity pack (e.g. assigning a Quill Diagnostic, creating and assigning an activity pack, or assigning a featured activity pack), you can choose to assign it to either all the students in a class or to only some students in a class.
When assigning an activity pack, you will use the Review and assign page, where you will see three sections.
In the Choose classes or students section at the bottom of the Review and assign page, select the classes and students to whom you would like to assign the activity pack. If you would like to assign the activity pack to only some students in a class, check the box to the left of the class's name, click the All students dropdown menu, and uncheck the names of students to whom you would not like to assign the activity pack.
Q: The Review & Assign page looks different. Did anything change about my activities or my students' data?
A: No — only the visual design and the column label changed. The "Concepts" column is now called Activity Focus; each activity is tagged with its Learn to Write / Write to Learn category, and long activity titles now wrap to a new line instead of truncating with an ellipsis. Activity content, your previously assigned activity packs, and all student data are unchanged.
