Link my Quill account to Google or Clever while signing up
While signing up for a Quill account, you can link your account to your Google account or Clever account.
To link your account to your Google account or Clever account, click either the Sign up with Google or Sign up with Clever button, after which you will be prompted to enter either your Google login information or Clever login information.
After you finish signing up for a Quill account, when you subsequently log into your Quill account on this page, you will either click the Log in with Google or Log in with Clever button.

Link my Quill account to Google or Clever after signing up
After you have already signed up for a Quill account, you can link your Quill account to your Google account or Clever account at any time.
To link your Quill account to your Google account or Clever account, navigate to the My Account page in the Home tab.
Then, scroll down to the Linked accounts section and click the Link your account hyperlink for the platform to which you would like to link your Quill account.
Tip 💡 We strongly recommend choosing the platform from which you would like to import classes and students and avoiding unlinking your account from the platform from which you have imported your classes and students as doing so can lead to duplicate classes and student accounts.
Benefits of linking your Quill account to Google
If you link your Quill account to your Google account, you are able to import your classes and students from your Google Classroom account into your Quill account and share activity links to Google Classroom as announcements or assignments.
Benefits of linking your Quill account to Clever
If you link your Quill account to your Clever account, you are able to import your classes and students from your Clever account into your Quill account, and students will be able to sign into their Quill accounts directly from their Clever accounts.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I import students from Google Classroom or Clever and then switch my Quill account to be linked to the other platform?
We strongly recommend that once you have already imported your classes and students from Google Classroom or Clever, you do not switch your Quill account to be linked to the other platform. This will cause duplicate classes and student accounts, which will result in issues with students logging into their accounts and seeing their assigned activities. If you need help with the issue of duplicate classes or student accounts, please send an email to support@quill.org.
I'm not sure which platform to use to import my classes and students. Which should I choose?
We recommend using choosing the platform that your school prefers to use. If you are unsure about the platform to use, please reach out to your IT Department.
I do not use Google or Clever. Can I import classes from other platforms?
At this time, we have not yet integrated with other classroom management tools. If you are interested in using a different platform to import your classes and students into Quill, please click here to add a request that Quill integrate with this platform.
